Morning Dew
Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him. - Isaiah 3:10-11
Let the wicked continue to do wickedly, whether at work, at home, in your shop, neighborhood, family or wherever. Does not matter how much they hurl at you, a certain and inescapable fate awaits them. You don't even have to pray against the wicked for it to happen. It is the word of God, and it will come to pass that, "Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him".
You continue doing your honest best, press on in that path of righteousness and the word of God will undoubtedly also come to pass over you that, "Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings". Yes it may be tough and not easy at the moment, but the word is for an appointed time, wait for it, it will not tarry!
In the same vein, let him/her who does wickedly take heed because there is the inescapable outcome. Inspiration admonishes,
"No truth does the Bible more clearly teach than that what we do is the result of what we are. To a great degree the experiences of life are the fruition of our own thoughts and deeds... Terrible is this truth, and deeply should it be impressed. Every deed reacts upon the doer. Never a human being but may recognize, in the evils that curse his life, fruitage of his own sowing. Yet even thus we are not without hope. (Education, p. 146).
So that we do not receive the reward of wickedness, there is hope; let the wicked return. And that we may get the reward of righteousness, let the righteous persist.
Prayer Point: Help us dear Father to toe the line of righteousness today that it may be well with us. Holy Spirit baptize us afresh we ask in Jesus' name. Amen.
